We want you to love your TAKYA Puzzle Carpet. If you're not completely satisfied, here's what to know:

• Return window: 14 days from delivery date
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and undamaged
• Non-returnable: Tiles that have been assembled, washed, or show signs of use
• Exchange: We happily exchange for a different color — contact us within 14 days
• How to start a return: Email us at [admin@takyaegy.com] with your order number and reason

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
