1. Delivery Timeframes
We partner with Egypt’s leading courier services to ensure your orders are delivered as quickly as possible:
  • Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria: Delivered within 2 to 4 business days from order confirmation.
  • Delta, Canal, and Lower Egypt Governorates: Delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
  • Upper Egypt, Red Sea, and South Sinai Governorates: Delivered within 5 to 7 business days.
Note: Business days are from Saturday to Thursday (excluding Fridays and official public holidays in Egypt).
2. Shipping Fees
  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and governorate.
3. Inspection Before Payment
Because we stand behind the exceptional quality and texture of TAKYA Plush Velvet Tiles, we grant you the absolute right to open and inspect your package in the presence of the courier before making any payment.
  • If the product does not meet your expectations, you may reject the delivery immediately with the courier at no cost.
